How can Not-for-profit org. from Canada claim VAT?

Expenses relate to Exhibition work - hardware components, graphic designs, installation and dismantle stands for exhibition booth,shipping cost from GB to Switzerland. thank you

1. Getting the VAT back? Tax collection is handled in Britain by a department called Inland Revenue. You should contact them to find out if you can get the VAT back at all. Similarly, if you were charged taxes in Switzerland, you would need to contact the approriate agency and ask them if you can get the taxes repaid to you. Sorry, I don't know what the agency is called there.
